We call you back the same day
Usually within a couple of hours during business hours. It is a short conversation — the address, roughly what condition the house is in, whether anyone is living there, and what your timeline looks like. Five minutes, and you are not committing to anything by having it.
We look at the property
We pull recent comparable sales on your street and estimate what the house needs. If it helps to walk it, we will arrange a time that suits you — once, briefly, and we do not need it tidy. Photos are often enough. There are no showings and no lockbox.
You get a number and the working behind it
Within 24 hours, in writing: the price, the comparables it came from, and the repair estimate we subtracted. If we think listing with an agent would net you more, we will say so and explain why. Then it is yours to sit on for as long as you like.
What we will not do
We will not sell your details to other buyers, put you on a mailing list, or keep calling after you tell us no. If you decide against selling, or decide to list instead, say so once and that is the end of it. Your information is only ever used to make you an offer — the privacy policy spells out exactly what we keep and for how long.
