What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the property address, your name, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us about the property. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.

Why we collect it

Solely to evaluate your property, prepare an offer, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it with other buyers.

Calls and texts

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your property. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us on a call.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us operate, and only with what they need to do their job:

• DiscoverWorthy — website hosting, contact forms and our customer records
• Cloudflare — content delivery and site security
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery, which receives your IP address
• The title and escrow company handling your sale, if you proceed to one

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other buyers, investors or lead brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we are in contact with you about the property, and for up to three years after our last contact — long enough to answer questions about a past enquiry and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. Records tied to a completed purchase are kept longer where the law requires it. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights in California

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights are real and you can use them at any time. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
